<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and remove foreign matters sticking to a thermoplastic resin container and to recycle the container as resin materials. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin packaging container is crushed into pieces, impact friction-crushing force is added to the pieces, and centrifugal force is applied to the pieces so that for example, when oil is sticking to the container, the oil is separated from the pieces by the impact friction crushing force, mainly impact force, which is applied to the pieces. When centrifugal force is applied to the pieces and the oil, although the centrifugal force of the pieces is checked by the impact friction-crushing force, since the centrifugal force is not checked, the oil is separated easily from the pieces by the difference in the centrifugal force, and the pieces are cleaned. In this process, the pieces are pelletized by the impact force, and the resin material of the thermoplastic resin packaging container is converted into a recovered resin material which is pelletized and converted into a raw material. When the foreign matter is not oil, the separation and removal is easier as compared with oil.</p> |
