PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a wearing feeling and to spread a front abutting part and a back abutting part to be along a body. SOLUTION: A sheet-like water absorbing body is housed in the inside to which the peripheral edges of a waterproof sheet 2 and a water permeable sheet 4 are joined 21F, 21B, 22L and 22R. Both side edges of a laminated part 1p folded by the valley folding line and piled up double so as to bring the water permeable sheets 4 into contact with each other are joined 23L and 23R for a prescribed length from the valley folding line in a longitudinal direction, a pocket part 13 is formed and a part piled up on the upper side is folded by a peak folding line L5 so as to bring the waterproof sheets 2 into contact with each other.
