PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily uniformize the wall thickness of a molded product by properly controlling the flow rates of a plurality of mold clamping cylinders corresponding to the deviation of the mold opening quantities of a plurality of the places of the corner parts of a mold. SOLUTION: Mold clamping chambers 4a are formed to the mold clamping cylinders 4 provided to four corners of a fixed mold plate 1 and high pressure oil is introduced into the mold clamping chambers 4a through a pressure oil pipe 21. In the first one shot, the equal flow rate of mold clamping oil (pressure oil) is set to the respective mold clamping cylinders (four). Next, The mold opening quantities (L1 -L4 ) of four corners of the mold plate are measured by a mold opening quantity measuring device 30 and the max. deviationΔLmax of the mold opening quantities of four corners is calculated. Next, a predetermined multiple regression formula is used to perform the optimization calculation minimizing the mold opening quantity deviations (L1 -L0 ) of four corners to calculate the optimum mold clamping oil flow rate Q1 . A controller 100 controlls the opening degrees of respective electric flow rate adjusting valves 12 so as to obtain the claculated flow rate Q1 . By this constitution, molding is performed while the mold clamping pressure oil flow rates of the respective cylinders at a time of injection compression are automatically corrected on the basis of the deviations of the mold opening quantities at measuring places.
