PURPOSE: To increase the density of wire bonding between connecting terminal group having stepped parts lessening the contact trouble. CONSTITUTION: When multiple connecting terminal pairs 111-211, 112-212 respectively and oppositely paralleled with stepped parts are connected by wire bonding step, the relationship of h/SL=0.4 or 0.6 is to be created between the step difference h between the connecting terminal pairs and the distance SL between mutually corresponding connecting terminal pairs. |
