<p>PURPOSE:To increase the expansion force of each pole mounted on a corner pole for an automobile and the like, and also lower impact noise produced from its clutch section. CONSTITUTION:A cut-out face 53c which comprises a part of the circumferential surface of a clutch wheel cut out, is formed in the circumferential surface 53b of the clutch wheel 53 built in a means such as a corner pawl for an automobile and the like. Meanwhile, each flat surface 55c which comprises its open end bet inward, is formed in a C shaped ring 55 which is pressed on the circumferential surface 53b of the clutch wheel 53 with pressure. And pawls 55b and 55b' projected out of the open end section 55a of the ring 55 is positioned at a cut- out groove10b to regulate its rotation, so that the clutch wheel 53 is made to be rotated while brought into contact with the ring 55.</p> |
