PURPOSE:To prevent reverse rotation immediately after stop by providing bypass passages between a high pressure chamber and an inlet side space and by providing a float valve to be seated at the edge part on the outlet side of a discharge port, stoppers of the float valve, and communication holes communicating to the bypass passages. CONSTITUTION:In a sealed container 1 of a scroll compressor, a fixed scroll 5 and a movable scroll 9 are provided, and a gas-state refrigerant of an inlet side space 14 is sucked into a compression chamber 15 and discharged from a discharge port 17 to a high pressure chamber 16 divided by an end plate 6 of the fixed scroll 5 and the sealed container 1. At an outlet part 28 of the discharge port 17, a float valve 29, a pair of stoppers 30 and 31, and communication holes 36 and 37 communicating to bypass passages 25 and 26 are provided as an opening and closing valve device 27. Even when the discharge port 17 is turned into to the negative pressure state due to stoppage of a compression element 2 and counterflow from the high pressure chamber 16 tends to occur, it is momentarily blocked by the float valve 29 and the counterflow is prevented. Also, high pressure goes to the inlet side from the communication holes 36 and 37 to be solved, and reverse rotation is prevented. |
