The security lock for sliding aluminium with handle consists of the external cover 2, the external cover 1, the handle-latch 3 on which the polygonic gear shaft 6 is incorporated and is tightened with the screw 7 so that on turning the handle 3 the gear 6 pulls the toothed rule 4 incorporated in the latch and converts the rotational movement to a linear movement, carrying also the boss 5 where the tang-bolt 14 is screwed with the end of the lock flattened or round and a long length of thread for adjustment to all thicknesses of aluminium section. Finally it has the facility for addition of a second boss 5 for double locking and thus greater security. |
