PURPOSE:To remove such an element to cause drop of the reliability as clutch etc., by forming in the form of gas a non-superconductive material as the main component which is the same as oxide type superconductive material, and by forming oxide type superconductive material on the non-superconductive material. CONSTITUTION:A base having the final configuration is used, for ex. disc construction. With this base 1 a superconductive material is not dissolved while the motor material can be dissolved away. On this base 1 an oxide type non- superconductive film 1' is formed, which contains a main component the same as the oxide superconductive material and wherein the non-superconductive material is formed as a gas. After forming of No.1 oxide superconductive film on this film 1', patterning is made to form a coil 5 of bands 5-1, 5-2,.... On the oversurface, further, an oxide type non-superconductive film 6 containing a main component the same as the oxide superconductive material. Further, coupling is made by the coupling part 8 of the film 6, and at the same time, No.2 oxide superconductive film is formed to make patterning, and a coil 7 of bands 7-1, 7-2,... is formed. Thus a wiring is provided with no generation of clutch etc. |
