PURPOSE:To continuously and efficiently obtain the sludge or paste, etc., of good flowability by constituting of a 1st and a 2nd tray bodies and the medium received in the inside of both tray bodies and forming a small clearance between the confronting peripheral surfaces of the 1st and the 2nd tray bodies. CONSTITUTION:The inner surface of the 1st tray body 9a and the outer surface of the 2nd tray body 9b are confronted with a fine clearance (t) and the medium 9g consisting of numbers of steel balls of small diameter which is larger than the diameter of inlet openings 9d, 9f and a 1st outlet opening 9c and smaller than that of a 2nd outlet opening 9e are received in an inner space (m). Thus, the mixture of pulverized cake and water introduced from the inlet openings 9d, 9f in the pulverizing means are pulverized into fine particles by crushing action due to the rotating collision of the medium 9g caused by the relative rotation of the 1st tray body 9a and the 2nd tray body 9b, by grinding action due to the spout from the fine clearance (t) between the tray bodies 9a, 9b, and by the shearing action due to the spout from the outlet openings 9c, 9e where the velocity difference is remarkably large. |
