The device has two side plates (1) which through a rear wheel axle (2) and a fixed mounted axle (3) are joined to one another, providing a facility for installing a spring-suspended (19) shaft (5), which with backward movement of the device presses the tearing springs (13) into the rest position against the ground, so tha they on return to forwardly directed movement immediately adopt a work position. This spring-suspended shaft runs in incisions (6) in the side plates and are freely movable in a vertical direction. Undesirable lateral movement of the shaft is prevented by a lock device in the end (7) of the shaft. A dismantlable shaft (8) is the base for the sprung tearing springs. The device also has dismantlable wheels (14) which are fastened in the corners of the side plates. |
