PURPOSE:To highly integrate a base for an electronic component without occupying a large plane area by stereoscopically providing circuit elements, such as a resistor, a capacitor, an inductor, etc., in a thicknesswise direction in the base, such as a package or a substrate. CONSTITUTION:An electric signal tending to reflect and flow to an outer circuit pattern 14 from a wiring connector connected to an nonterminating stab 14b by feeding to the stab 14b of a circuit pattern extending toward the periphery of an inner cavity 4 from the wiring connector of electric signals flowing to the circuit pattern 14 of a ceramic package 1a through a wiring 16 flows into a viahole 8 filled with a resistor 15 provided in the inner thicknesswise direction of a ceramic package 1a for forming a terminating resistor 3a. It is fed and excluded to a bottom plate 10 for forming a ground connected integrally with the viahole 8 to prevent an electric signal reflected on the stab 14b from mixing with the pattern 14 from the wiring connector. |
