PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable continuation of prize exchange operation even in the case where communication between a prize exchange device and a management server is impossible. SOLUTION: A prize counter counts input pachinko balls, sends note issuing information including the count of pachinko balls, a counter number, a note issuing number and so on to a management server, and issues a note issuing issued matter where note issuing information is recorded. A prize exchange device reads note issuing information of a note issuing issued matter, asks a management server to collate note issuing information, and conducts prize exchange processing if OK of collation is returned from the management server. Under the condition where communication between the prize management device and the management server can not be conducted, the prize exchange device enters read note issuing information in data base on the condition that the same note issuing information as the read note issuing information is not entered in the data base, and conducts prize exchange processing. |
