PURPOSE:To secure the performance of the high frequency characteristic in a simple constitution for a microwave integrated circuit IC device by securing such a constitution where a coaxial block is divided at a tilt angle to be set at the length of a space formed between modules via the tilt matching position control and connecting the modules to each other with no space just by fixing the divided coaxial blocks to a base plate. CONSTITUTION:The microwave IC modules 1 and 2 are connected and fixed to each other by pressing the coaxial blocks 10a-10c formed into the wedge shapes by division onto a base plate 3 arith the machine screws 6. Therefore the lateral pressure is produced to firmly adhere both modules 1 and 2 to each other in terms of function. Thus the microwave current flowing the case surfaces of modules 1 and 2 is supplied successively via the conductors, i.e., the ground conductors which form the blocks 10a-10c. Then the satisfactory mutual connection is secured among those modules. As a result, a microwave IC device having the reduced deterioration of the high frequency characteristic is obtained in a simple constitution. |
