PURPOSE: To perform the eye-to-eye contact between callers in a telegraphic conference, or display it with different visual depths, and provide an image of multipage by providing an observation window through which an operator can see a virtual image, and an operator image capture device for catching the image of the operator through the observation window. CONSTITUTION: An image display device 100 receives the image from an image source 105 and produces a virtual image 125 displayed in conformation to it. The image display device 100 has an observation window 150 so that an operator 130 can see the displayed virtual image 125. The image device 100 further has an operator image capture device 145 to catch the image of the operator 130 through the observation window 150. The image capture device 145 has a beam splitter 110 for reflecting the image of the operator 130 to a video camera 140. In another embodiment, the image capture device 145 guides this together with an operator image received image to the operator image capture means 140. |
