<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the control manhour and to improve the working rate of a production system at abnormality by securing such a constitution where each production system nucleus selects the possible jobs by itself and produces the control data based on the information which defines its features at that time point to perform those jobs. CONSTITUTION:The job selection means 71 and 72 collate the information 21-24 which define the features the objects stored in a storage 1 with the data which define the features of a machine itself to select the possible jobs. Then the control data generating means 81 and 82 produce the control data to attain the selected jobs based on the information 21-24 which define said jobs. The machines 61 and 62 use said control data to perform the jobs. The information conversion means 121 and 122 replace the information 21-24 to give definition to the jobs at the end of these jobs and send these replaced information back to the storage 1 together with the objects. Each machine progresses its jobs jus by repeating said actions and therefore it is not required to make a detailed plan for each machine nor to prepare the control data. As a result, the jobs are inevitably selected by a nondefective machine in case one of both machines has the abnormality. Thus the stay of production is avoided for products.</p> |
