<p>PURPOSE:To provide the wind instrument having excellent corrosion resistance and surface activity by forming a titanium coating on the outside surfaces of tubes constituting the wind instrument and the surface of a bubble assembly. CONSTITUTION:Corrosion resistant coatings 11 consisting of the titanium coatings are formed on the outside surface and inside surface of the breathing-in tube 2 and a thin pipe 10 made of brass as well as the outside surface and inside surface of a bell tube and an inserting withdrawing tube. Then, the corrosion resistance and hardness of the wind instrument are enhanced by the corrosion resistant films 11. Further, the breathing-in tube 2 having the excellent surface activity is obtd. by the titanium coating formed on the inside surface of the breathing-in tube 2 and, therefore, the saliva advancing into the breathing-in tube is rapidly discharged outside and the deterioration in sound quality is prevented.</p> |
