<p>PURPOSE:To suck and hold only a cap in the predetermined attitude by sucking force, to correct attitudes of other caps by the rotation of a rotary disk, and to arrange them in order in a line so as to feed them. CONSTITUTION:A rotary disk 2 is arranged to face an inclined low wall cylinder 3, which has a vacuum chamber 8 provided with an opening groove 6 on its bottom face side around a floor part, and a small through hole 10 is pierced around the disk so as to communicate with the vacuum chamber 8. Among cap-shaped small instruments W to be supplied onto the rotary disk 2, only a cap-shaped small instrument in the predetermined attitude is selected, sucked, and held on the disk to be moved to the predetermined position according to the rotation of the disk, and then, is taken out by an ejecting tube 14 to be aligned. In this way, the cap, whose lower opening is positioned in the small hole of the disk, in the predetermined attitude is sucked and held on the disk, and moves upward according to the rotation of the disk and is scooped up by the ejecting tube. Other caps are rotated by the rotation of the disk to turn to the predetermined attitude and are fed in order.</p> |
