PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor provided with the operation panel of a non-intelligence type in which connection cables with a main body are reduced. SOLUTION: This processor is provided with a display 123 mounted on the operation panel 120 of an operation part and displaying image forming information of not less than 8-bit, a controller 100 transmitting displayed information displayed by the display device 123, three transmission cables 130 to 132 and reception cables 133 to 135 connecting this controller 100 and the display 123. Then displayed data is serially transferred by using the respectively three transmission and reception cables 130 to 132 to attain various display on the display 123. In addition, information set by means of switches 121 and 122 on an operation panel 120 is read. Thereby connecting cables are simplified to obtain a low cost printer excellent in assemblability and operability. |
