摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the preparation of a time schedule by preparing a flowchart by connecting together a plurality of partial work codes shown on a screen with lines and setting an overall time schedule based on the number of days required for each work and critical paths. SOLUTION: If a required work is selected from various partial works displayed on a display region 10 of a divided partial work list, then step codes 12 and 13 showing the work names are displayed in a flowchart display region 11. Next, the code 12 corresponding to the preceding work is connected with a line to the code 13 corresponding to the subsequent work, the display position is adjusted so as to locate the preceding work above the subsequent work, and this process is repeated and a form of flowchart flowing from the upper part to the lower part should be prepared. Then, the number of days required for each partial work is set and the critical paths are calculated. Then, based on these information stored in a memory, an overall time schedule table is automatically prepared by a predetermined procedure. By doing this, accurate time schedule planning can be performed by a simple operation.
