PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue an inexpensive application ticket necessary for the management of a bicycle area user and to effectively and suitably prevent the illegal use of the ticket. SOLUTION: After checking the payment of a prescribed amount, an application ticket such as a temporary application ticket, a commutation ticket prepared by printing out prescribed items based upon necessary characters, a bar code, etc., on check thermal paper is issued and an entrance gate 5A1 is opened to place a bicycle or the like. In the case of receiving a bicycle or the like and exiting, a prescribed application ticket judging item on the application ticket is checked, and at the time of judging that the ticket is suitable, an exit gate 5B1 is opened. When a shortage is generated in the amount of the ticket, adjustment processing is executed and then the gate 5B1 is opened. Since check thermal paper is used for both of application tickets and adjustment tickets, respective tickets can be inexpensively prepared, the illegal use of a copied application ticket or a copied adjustment ticket can be suitably prevented by using the function of the check thermal paper and each ticket is also provided with a receipt function. |
