PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a circulation rich in flexibility similar to the circulation of general paper documents. SOLUTION: A user fixture part 1 surely decides a user by inputting certificate data. A circulation item content storage part 2 stores circulation item contents. A circulation list editing control part 100 discriminates whether the user has the authority to edit a circulation list or not and edits the circulation list when the user has that authority. A document storage part 3 stores electronic documents. A circulation document preparation control part 4 prepares a circulation document by synthesizing the circulation list with the documents and stores it in the document storage part 3. A circulation document possession control part 200 discriminates whether the user has the authority to circulate the circulation document or not, and possesses the circulation document from the document storage part 3 when the user has that authority. A circulation document control part 5 circulates the possessed circulation document according to the circulation list. |
