The invention concerns an electromotive device for rotating a shaft (8). The device comprises a mounting (2), on which the shaft (8) is rotatably mounted, and two magnets (10, 26) of which at least one is an electromagnet (26). A magnet, preferably the electromagnet (26), is magnetically connected to a frame profile (14) comprising two sliding surfaces (18, 19) disposed at a mutual spacing. A permanent magnet (10) moves between the two sliding surfaces (18, 19) and is secured at one end of a pivot arm (4) which is in turn secured to the shaft (8). A magnetic circuit is closed by the two magnets (10, 26) and the frame profile element (14) with its sliding surfaces (18, 19). Owing to the corresponding polarity of the two magnets (10, 26), they repel or attract each other, which results in a movement of the pivot arm (4) and hence rotation of the shaft (8). |
