The invention relates to systems for the transmission, analysis and monitoring of a television video signal and can be used in cases where the video signal contains background and noise components. The essence of the invention is a combination of operations for separating and accumulating signals pertaining to levels of "black" and "white" in the video signal for N television fields, using N-fold summation. The averaged signals thus obtained, once corrected, are fed into the video signal in the line suppression pulse zone. As the averaged signals are received from the video signal, they are separated and used as reference signals for monitoring the noise level, in analogue-digital conversion and in computer processing. The strobe signals formed on the basis of the line and frame synch pulses can be used for separating levels of "black" and "white" from the complete television video signal and to carry out independent processing of the signal pertaining to the subject-related part of the image. |
