The invention concers a window (10), a door or the like with a fixed frame (12) and a wing frame (14) or wing supported to be pivoted via fitting system. It is proposed that the fixed frame (12) and/or the wing frame (14) consist of prefabricated angle brackets (16; 20) and straight frame struts (18, 22) connecting them.
