An adjustable closure module, for the food paste feed paths (9, 10) of an outlet (5) of a single or multiple outlet co-extrusion die (6), comprises: (a) a mechanism which is fitted transversely on the feed paths (9, 10) to be closed and which delimits, for each feed path, a recess communicating with a continuation channel (45) connected to the feed path (9, 10); and (b) a drive (17) for sliding a closure element (18) along the recess between a raised position, in which the path is open, and a lowered position, in which the path is partially or completely closed.
