<p>A deterioration preventive for concrete or mortar which, even when used in a small amount, can prevent a deterioration of concrete or mortar caused by sulfur oxidizing bacteria for a long period of time without causing water contamination, and a method for preventing the deterioration of concrete or mortar by using the same. The preventive comprises a phthalocyanine compound as an active ingredient, and the method for preventing comprises incorporating a phthalocyanine compound into concrete or mortar.</p> |
