<p>An electronic acoustic device which can produce delicate, powerful, and position-distinguishable sounds by individually recording and reproducing the sounds produced by each musical instrument (sound source) constituting an orchestra or ensemble. The acoustic device is provided with a recording and reproducing section having as many channels (including those of such a musical instrument that has a plurality of channels) as the number of the sound sources and loudspeakers respectivley provided for the channels of the recording and reproducing section (a nondirectional loudspeaker system is especially preferable). When the loudspeakers are freely arranged on the wall, floor, ceiling, etc., of a hall, house, etc., a sound field which is infinitely close to a live performance can be reproduced.</p> |
