METHOD OF COLLECTING MOLDING DATA FOR INJECTION MOLDING MACHINES AND METHOD OF OBTAINING MOLDING CONDITION

A method of collecting molding data for injection molding machines and a method of obtaining molding conditions, by which the operator is released from the test shots and the working efficiency can be improved. A rough molding condition obtained in a condition determining work is changed in steps predetermined for each item of a molding condition so as to generate a plurality of similar molding conditions, which are stored in a host computer. The host computer transmits a set of data on a similar molding condition and the number of test shots to the control device of each injection molding machine, and instruct each injection molding machine to perform test shots. Molding data detected in test shots are transmitted to the host computer and stored therein. Molding data on each molding condition are evaluated whereby an optimum molding condition is obtained.
