The mould part (4) comprises rod-shaped projections (12) which on their free-ends have widened heads (16). The projections are made in one-piece with the mould part. The rod-shaped stems (14) of the projections may be arranged at different angles ( alpha ) to the mould part. The projections may have the same predetermined lengths (L) and may be at right-angle to the mould part. The length, shape and/or number of the projections per surface is a function of the site. The projections are arranged at predetermined distances (A) on the curves (9).
