Painting appliance for producing coloured random patterns

The painting appliance is mobile or stationary. The machine is driven by a turntable and weight. A second spool is positioned on the same spool as the first spool. Alternatively an electric motor, spring mechanism or other form of power can be used. Initially the threads rapidly reduce the periphery in the spool and increase the speed after overcoming the initial inertia of the turntable. A gear increases the number of rotations on the drive shaft to the middle shaft with the rotary table. The paper is held down by a fixture. The paint is collected in a compartment with or without outlets.
