The convertible seat-lying furniture consists of multiple sections including a head section frame (1), a middle section frame (2), and a foot section frame (3). The head section frame is fixed between two stand element-built side sections (7), whilst the middle section frame is built as a lower frame and the foot section frame as an upper frame. The lower and upper frames to the seat support is slidable together, under and over the head section frame. The lower and upper frames to the bed support is removable from one another and the head section frame. The lower and upper frames have roller guide means (8,9-11,12,15) that are slide against one another and opposite the head section frame.
