The main body of the gate (1) extends over the width of the gate opening. The space between the top (2) and bottom (5) chord is occupied by struts or bars (3). the bottom chord is formed by a profiled section to which the bars (4) or struts are fixed, for contact with the roller (6,7) for moving the main gate body. The struts or bars are joined to the top transverse arm of the profiled section for the bottom chord. The struts or bars rest flush with the transverse arm and are welded to it. The profiled section for the bottom chord is formed by the edges of a steel plate.
