Contact plug for optical waveguide

The contact plug includes a fixing member with guides for a first optical waveguide, a signal line and a second signal line for a second optical waveguide. The waveguides in the fixing member have a radius of curvature such that the optical signal of the first signal line is reflected onto an edge contour after being output from the first optical waveguide. The optical signal can be fed back via the second optical waveguide of the second signal line. Functionally different contact plug connections can be secured according to their functions.
