Memory unit cooling device

The memory system has a housing (30) with several frames (32) for several memory units. The housing is equipped with a ventilator fan (34) in the rear part, having several outlets (36) in the front part for the passage of air. The housing accommodates a number of memory units and other electronic components. Each frame is open to the air, to leave the memory units (42) free, or exposed. The hard disc drives (38) are fitted on each of the three lower frames, while the diskette drives (40) are fitted to the two upper frames. A front frame (44) is mounted over each frame with a hard disc drive, covering the opening and the mechanism, providing protection and insulation against charges.
