Saw for cutting plates

The saw has a motor (14) propelled circular blade (17) in a protective housing (11), combined into a single unit, with a guide rail (21) and a base plate (24) with a saw seam (29). There is a holder (22), for the goods to be sawn, which can be moved vertically parallel to the base plate. The guide rail is attached to this holder. The motor unit may be attached to the rail via a traverse guide (19), which attaches to the rail through a slide or ball bearing guide (20). The holder may be actuated by a mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electromagnetic lift cylinder (27,28).
