In a liquid treatment device with clarification filter channels for soil filtration, the filter channels are arranged horizontally so that, when the stored water is pressurised by a reduced pressure blower, it is fed uniformly to the soil. Preferably, the blower operation is controlled by a rain sensor and solar cells to provide optimal water output when the sun shines.
