PURPOSE: To protect a circumference of a lock pin locking a cam lever with a protecting plate and realize a pipe coupling capable of quickly connecting a pipe. CONSTITUTION: Both cam levers 40 fixedly holding a connecting head 30 fitted to a connecting body 20 are relatively pivotally fitted to a peripheral surface of the connecting body 20. A lock base 24 is arranged at a lower part of a position to which both cam levers 40 of the connecting body 20 are pivotally fitted. A positioning block 26 is formed to a lower edge of the lock base 24, and the cam lever 40 is rotated to be abutted to an outer surface of the positioning block 26, whereby a lock pin 51 inserted to a retaining cylinder 42 of the cam lever 40 is accurately inserted to a fixed hole. Further, a protecting plate 27 is provided to a circumference of a mounting part of the lock pin 51, thereby preventing the lock base 24 and the lock pin 51 from being deformed due to shock. |
