METHOD OF PROCESSING CONDENSED HYDROCARBONS

FIELD: utilization of petroleum hydrocarbons. SUBSTANCE: hydrocarbon material is dispersed with 10-40% of water to form homogeneous ultradisperse mixture (foam and/or air sol), which is then exposed to ionizing radiation at 90-150 C with continuous stirring in steam stream, density of the mixture being maintained in the range 15 to 150 g/l. Mixture of excess steam and low-boiling product obtained is withdrawn from irradiation zone and separated. Product is composed of low-molecular hydrocarbons, monoatomic and polyatomic alcohols and ethers. EFFECT: increased fuel resource and prevented environmental pollution.
