Dynamic mobility selector for aerosol-particles

The selector has two separate and parallel co-axial discs (30,32). The space (31) between the discs defines a dynamic selection zone communicating with the aerosol to be examined through an annular slot (34) of radius (rl) formed in the first disc. A central aspirator(38) circulates in the dynamic selection zone a stable and centripetal laminar air flow. The second disc has an annular opening(36) of mean radius r2(r2 less than r1).
