PURPOSE:To simplify a connecting work, to eliminate a large printed circuit board, to reduce the number of mounting components and to facilitate mounting on a narrow part by directly coupling the terminal of a semiconductor chip to a connecting terminal formed at the end of a wiring chip having predetermined wirings. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor chip 3 has an integrated circuit, and terminals 4 of, for example, aluminum alloy, gold, etc., are provided at both ends. A wiring chip 1 has predetermined wirings, terminals 2 of, for example, aluminum alloy are provided at both ends, the terminals 2 of the chip 1 are superposed on the terminals 4 of the chip 3, and simultaneously melted and connected. In an electronic device, semiconductor chips 3, 3a,..., 3g are secured on a metal board 5 through a thin glass plate 6, the terminals 2 of the chip 1 are superposed on the terminals 4 of the chip 3, both the terminals are melted, and connected to form an electronic circuit. Thus, only the chips 3 and the chip 1 are combined to simply compose the electronic circuit. |
