PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive compsn. having reciprocity law failure characteristic, superior photosensitive characteristic, and developing characteristic by incorporating a photosensitive compsn. having high reciprocity law failure characteristic and a photosensitive compsn. having high developing characteristic into a compsn. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive compsn. having high reciprocity law failure characteristic and a photosensitive compsn. having high developing characteristic are incorporated into a compsn. A compsn. consisting of an AA/DAA (acrylamide/diacetone alcohol) copolymer and a water-soluble bisazide compd. is known as an example of the photosensitive compsn. having reciprocity law failure characteristic. The characteristic of the copolymer is varied by changing the ratio of the monomer [acrylamide (AA) to diacetone acrylamide (DAA)] of the above described copolymer. By this method, developing characteristic is improved without causing change in reciprocity law failure characteristic. |
