PURPOSE:To allow the front edges of a negative film and a positive sheet to surely coincide with each other by bringing the front edge of a pod on the positive sheet and the front edge of the negative sheet into contact with a nip as the contact part between a pair of developing rollers so as to position the positive sheet and the negative film. CONSTITUTION:A rolled negative film 61 having the same width as a positive sheet 60 is transferred with a pair of drawing rollers 18a, 18b, etc., and when the front edge of the film 61 is detected with a sensor 25, the film 61 is cut with a rotary knife 20a and a stationary knife 20b. The interval between the cutting position and an exposing position A is made longer than the interval between the front and rear edges of a latent image formed on the film 61 and margins C, D are left at the front and rear edges of the length 62 of an actually formed image. The cut film 61 is sent to the exposing position A on an exposing drum 28 and a latent image is formed. In this structure, a pod 10 as a pack contg. a sealed developer is previously adhered to the front part of the positive sheet 60 in the transfer direction. The front edge of the pod 10 and the front edge of the film 61 are brought into contact with a nip as the contact part between a pair of developing rollers 30. |
