PURPOSE:To eliminate deterioration with the elapse of time and to reduce manufacturing cost, by constituting a recording head part of a substrate having a heat generator formed thereto, an emitting orifice plate having emitting orifices formed thereto and the gap plate held between two plates. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 14 has a recording liquid supply hole 21 provided to the center thereof and is bonded to a mount stand 3, and a gap plate 15 and an emitting orifice plate 16 are fixed to the substrate 14. The recording liquid supplied from a recording liquid supply pipe 12 passes through the recording liquid supply hole 21 to be supplied to the gap between the substrate 14 and the emitting orifice plate 16. Power is intermittently supplied to a heat generator 20 and the recording liquid generates film boiling to emit recording liquid droplets from emitting orifices 22. An emitting orifice plate pressing plate 17 is a leaf string and bent so as to press the emitting orifice plate 16 by a plurality of minute parts and a top plate 18 is fixed to the mount stand 13 by screws 23. It is unnecessary to use an adhesive in the assembling of a recording head and assembling can be performed within a short time. |
