PURPOSE:To fix a pulley to an end of a shaft certainly and naturally by setting a measurement of a specified gap so that an end face of a boss is in contact with a flange under a thermal condition that a looseness is generated between the boss and a cylindrical liner. CONSTITUTION:A specified gap 13 is formed circularly on a peripheral edge of a surface of a washer 6. The measurement of the gap 13 is set such that the gap 13 is eliminated and an end face of a boss 3 is in contact to the surface of the washer 6 when, under a thermal circumstance of an operation condition of an internal combustion engine of a conventional structure, a temperature is increased and the light alloy boss 3 is thermally expanded more largely than a cast-iron or steel cylindrical liner 4, and looseness is generated therebetween. Even in case that measurement difference is generated between a pulley main body 2 and the cylindrical liner 4 because of the difference of thermal expansion ratio, accordingly, the boss 3 of the pulley main body 2 is not pressurized strongly by the washer 6. It is thus possible to avoid troubles such as bending of the boss 3, looseness of the cylindrical liner 4, and slipping the pulley main body 2 from an end portion 5 of a crank shaft. |
