PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the gas barrier properties of a cover containing an outer synthetic resin layer and an inner synthetic resin layer. SOLUTION: A sealing wall brought into close contact with the inner or outer periphery of the cylindrical port of a vessel is arranged on the outer or inner periphery extended in a cylindrical state from the end wall on the cover. An inner synthetic resin layer having excellent gas barrier properties is existed in the wall as well.
