PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multi-colored heat-sensitive recording material excellent in uniformity of image quality and traveling property. SOLUTION: This recording material has two or more heat-sensitive recording layers on a support and the support comprises a sheet-like substrate providing resin layers on both faces of raw paper. In the sheet-like substrate, stiffness in printing direction defined by JIS P8125 is 1.5-8.0gf/cm, preferably 3.0-6.0gf/cm and stiffness on side corresponding to traveling direction in printing multicolored heat-sensitive recording paper obtained by cutting a belt-like multi-colored heat-sensitive material is 1.5-8.0gf/cm. The stiffness values are adjusted by thickness of raw paper, paper weight, series of pulp, thickness, etc., of resin layer. |
