<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove an oil-component and moisture from metallic scrap by selecting a treatment stage according to the characteristics of the raw materials to be treated. SOLUTION: The metallic scrap contg. the oil-component in a large amt. is handled as the first raw material and moldings are formed after the oil- component and moisture are partly removed therefrom mechanically by a centrifugal separating machine 3. The remaining oil-component and moisture are removed by a succeeding reduced pressure oil removing means 7. The metallic scrap contg. the oil-component in a small amt. is handled as the second raw material. If the amt. of the oil-component is small, the moldings are formed without using a centrifugal separating machine 3 of a low oil removing effect. The remaining oil-component and moisture are removed by the succeeding reduced pressure oil removing means 7. The metallic scrap is, thus, treated by the different treatment stages according to the characteristics of the metallic scrap, such as whether the amt. of the oil-component contained therein is large or not.</p> |
