PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a rise of manufacturing cost of a mount bracket from rising while allowing the bracket to be applicable to various sizes of cores by forming a protrusion protruding toward the depth direction of a recess into an injection space at a portion corresponding to a bent part of the mount bracket in the injection space. SOLUTION: When a molten resin is delivered from an injection port 106 under a predetermined pressure, the resin is filled into an injection space 105. After completion of charging of resin, the resin is hardened and formed into a plate-shaped member. Since a mount bracket is formed by bending the plate- shaped member of resin, the shape of a die is simplified in comparison with a case in which a mount bracket having a cross-section formed into a U-shape beforehand is molded, and hence inferior dimensions and molding can be avoided. As a result, yield can be improved and hence manufacturing costs of mount brackets and also heat exchangers can be restrained from rising. |
