PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the efficient fetching of the latest information of information accessed when a network can not be connected, when the network is connected. SOLUTION: In the case the information to be accessed during movement is not present in a storage device 113, the identifier is registered in a non-accessed information management device 116. When it is present in the storage device 113, the information is displayed and the identifier is registered in an old information access management device 115. When a portable information equipment 110 can be connected to the network 120, the information indicated by the registered identifier in the non-accessed information management device 116 is fetched from a server device 130 to the storage device 113. Also, whether or not the information inside the storage device 113 indicated by the registered identifier in the old information access management device 115 is the latest is checked from the storage date of the information and the preparation date of the information on the server device 130 of the same identifier, and when it is not the latest, the information on the server device 130 is fetched to the storage device 113.
