PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the transmission omission of information by urging the non-reader of an elctronic bulletin board to refer to the electronic bulletin board. SOLUTION: For this system, a server computer 1 and plural client computers 2 are connected by a network and the respective client computers 2 can write the information and refer to it to the electronic bulletin board 4 inside the server computer 1. Then, for each notice inside the electronic bulletin board 4, notice non-read/already-read information 6 for indicating the presence/absence of an accessible user is provided and it is made referrable from the specified client computer. Non-read is set to the notice non-read/already-read information 6 for all the accessible users at the time of putting the notice 5 on the electronic bulletin board 4 and already-read can be set to the notice non-read/already-read information for each user when the user refers to the notice. |
